The Company's core business activity is asset management. Indirectly, through its subsidiaries, it is also active in property development, real estate investment and property management.
The Company's property development activities are typically carried out in its wholly owned project companies. However, it has entered into partnerships with other, typically foreign, real estate partners on an ad hoc basis.
The Company operates as a holding company and has 22 subsidiaries.

The Company's portfolio of income generating assets can be divided into three sub-groups:
1) retail portfolio in Romania
2) Hungarian office portfolio
3) Hungarian hospitality portfolio.
The focus of the Company's investment activities is mainly on the development of commercial real estates, hotels and properties of the office market. It achieves its business objectives by building on and mobilising its own resources. It performs its investment activities typically in project companies it fully owns.
From the beginning, the Company's strategy has been to focus on performing its business activities mainly in Hungary and Romania. While the Company has an active relationship with foreign real estate investment and financing players, its market strength, its market presence and the large number of business opportunities available allow it to operate primarily in the domestic and Romanian markets, but it continuously keeps an eye on real estate investment opportunities appearing in the neighbouring countries in order to broaden its portfolio in case of business offers with outstanding potential.
Since its establishment, the Company's strategy has focused on the profit that can be gained on the owner's invested capital in line with the risks involved. It achieves this objective by seeking development investments in its main markets, i.e. in Hungary and Romania, which have a high potential for long-term return. The Company achieves this by acquiring properties with significant development potential and by generating stable and continuous positive cash flow and earnings through their development and long-term operation.
